Confluent Health, LLC is hiring PT Technicians to support licensed physical therapists and enhance the patient experience in a fast-paced clinical environment. You will greet patients, assist with exercises, and manage modalities while maintaining cleanliness and privacy standards.

The role offers hands-on training, opportunities to grow within our affiliated brands, and a schedule that can accommodate students or other commitments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to follow direction from licensed therapists.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinic.
• Team-oriented with collaboration with therapists and front desk.
• Maintain patient privacy and HIPAA standards.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and escort to treatment areas with a staff member.
• Guide patients through exercise programs as directed by the treating therapist.
• Set up and take down modalities (heat, ice, e-stim, Game Ready, Normatec).
• Clean and sanitize treatment tables, equipment, and rooms between patients.
• Keep clinic stocked and organized, including laundry and restocking supplies.
• Anticipate the needs of therapists and patients and assist where needed.
• Support the front desk and other clinic team during downtime.
• Protect patient privacy and HIPAA in every interaction.
