Job summary

Confluent Health LLC is seeking a PT Technician to assist licensed physical therapists, welcome patients, and help keep the clinic running smoothly. You will be involved in hands-on patient support, equipment setup, and maintaining a clean, organized clinic environment.

This part-time, on-site role offers training on clinic workflows, modalities, and patient care support, with a focus on delivering excellent patient experiences and privacy protection. Competitive hourly compensation provided.

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to follow directions from licensed therapists and carry out patient support activities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced clinic environment.
• Commitment to patient privacy and HIPAA standards.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and bring them to treatment areas.
• Guide patients through exercise programs as directed by the therapist.
• Set up and take down modalities (heat, ice, e-stim, Game Ready, Normatec) as directed.
• Clean and sanitize treatment tables, equipment, and rooms between patients.
• Keep the clinic stocked and organized (laundry, restocking supplies).
• Anticipate therapist and patient needs and assist where needed.
• Support the front desk and clinic team during downtime.
• Protect patient privacy and uphold HIPAA standards.
