Confluent Health, LLC is seeking a PT Technician to support licensed therapists, greet and assist patients, and help maintain a smooth-running clinic. You will interact with patients, set up modalities, and keep treatment areas clean and organized.

This fast-paced role offers hands-on training, with opportunities to grow in physical therapy or healthcare. Compensation is $17–$22 per hour, part-time schedule, and a supportive team environment.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Effective communication and customer service skills for patients of all ages.
• Ability to follow directions from licensed therapists and support staff.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced clinic environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively with therapists, front office staff, and other team members.
• Take initiative to identify clinic, patient, and team needs.
• Maintain patient privacy and HIPAA compliance.
• Reliable attendance with daytime availability preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Greet patients and escort them to treatment areas.
• Guide patients through prescribed exercise programs.
• Set up and take down modalities as directed by therapists (heat, ice, e-stim, Game Ready, Normatec).
• Clean and sanitize treatment tables, equipment, and rooms between patients.
• Keep the clinic stocked and organized (laundry and restocking supplies).
• Assist therapists and front desk during downtime.
• Protect patient privacy and HIPAA standards in every interaction.
