In a fast-paced, hands-on role you’ll guide patients through exercises, set up modalities, sanitize spaces, and help with front-desk tasks while upholding HIPAA.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to follow directions from licensed therapists.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced clinic.
• Collaborative with therapists, front desk, and staff.
• Initiative to identify clinic and patient needs.
• Maintain patient privacy and follow HIPAA standards.
• Reliable attendance with daytime availability.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and escort them to treatment areas.
• Guide patients through exercises as directed by therapists.
• Set up and remove modalities as directed.
• Clean and sanitize treatment tables and rooms.
• Keep clinic stocked and organized; handle laundry.
• Anticipate therapists' and patients' needs.
• Support the front desk and clinic team during downtime.
• Uphold HIPAA and patient privacy.
