Job summary

Confluent Health LLC is seeking a PT Technician to support therapists and welcome patients in a fast-paced clinic. You will assist with exercise programs, prepare modalities, and maintain clean, organized treatment rooms while protecting patient privacy and HIPAA standards.

Part-time daytime shifts available, with training provided. Previous customer-service experience is welcomed, and growth into physical therapy is encouraged.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong communication and customer service skills with patients of all ages.
• Ability to follow directions from licensed therapists and support patient activities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced clinic.
• Work collaboratively with therapists and front desk staff.
• Maintain HIPAA privacy and clinic standards.
• Reliable attendance with daytime availability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and guide them to treatment areas.
• Assist with exercise programs directed by therapists.
• Set up and remove modalities as directed.
• Clean and sanitize treatment areas and equipment.
• Keep clinic stocked and organized, including laundry and supplies.
• Support front desk and other clinic team members during downtime.
• Protect patient privacy and HIPAA compliance.
