Job summary

Confluent Health, LLC is seeking a part-time PT Technician to assist licensed therapists, greet patients, and help keep the clinic running smoothly. You’ll guide patients through simple exercises, set up modalities, and ensure a welcoming, hygienic environment.

This hands-on role involves patient interaction, teamwork with front desk staff, and opportunities to learn more about physical therapy. Training is provided; daytime hours preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
• Ability to follow directions from licensed therapists and perform tasks.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinic.
• Able to collaborate with therapists, front office, and staff.
• Show initiative and identify clinic and patient needs.
• Maintain patient privacy and HIPAA compliance.
• Reliable attendance and daytime availability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and seat them for treatment.
• Guide patients through therapist-directed exercises.
• Set up and remove modalities (heat, ice, e-stim, Game Ready, Normatec).
• Clean and sanitize treatment areas between patients.
• Keep clinic stocked and organized (laundry, supplies).
• Anticipate therapists’ and patients’ needs and assist as needed.
• Support front desk and clinic team during downtime.
• Protect patient privacy and HIPAA standards in all interactions.
