ATI Physical Therapy is hiring a Physical Therapy Aide to support therapists and patients in a collaborative, patient-focused environment. You will assist with patient check-in, scheduling, and onboarding while helping prepare treatment areas and equipment for sessions.

Training and mentorship are provided in a supportive setting. The role emphasizes hands-on patient care support, progress monitoring, and assisting with home exercise programs as prescribed by therapists.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Must be 18+ years.
• Healthcare and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with patients both by phone and in person during check-in and appointment times.
• Assist clinicians with scheduling and efficient patient intake/registration.
• Onboard new patients by reviewing paperwork and benefits.
