Description

The Physical Therapist is responsible for delivering exceptional patient care, performing evaluations, and developing and administering treatment plans for a variety of outpatient conditions. This full-time position offers flexible hours at our Anytime Fitness location in Farmington. Viverant Physical Therapy is part of Infinite Health Collaborative (i-Health), a group of local medical practices owned and led by physicians, committed to giving patients more control over their healthcare.

Essential Functions

1. Evaluate and treat outpatient conditions in consultation with physicians.
2. Occasionally evaluate and treat outpatient conditions under direct access.
3. Apply therapeutic exercises, modalities, manual therapy, and other treatments in accordance with state practice acts.
4. Use therapy services lawfully and ethically during treatments.
5. Document patient care services following regulatory and departmental guidelines.
6. Supervise a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) if required.
7. Collaborate with physicians, managers, and staff across the organization.
8. Work efficiently in a fast-paced outpatient orthopedic setting.
9. Maintain a flexible schedule based on clinic needs, including variable shifts and multiple locations.
10. Ensure a safe environment for staff and patients.
11. Participate in continuing education to maintain licensure and share knowledge with staff and community.
12. Engage in community outreach events related to Viverant.
13. Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program; Bachelor's Degree required, Master's or Doctorate preferred.
• Active Minnesota state license in Physical Therapy.
• Women's Health experience preferred.
