Job Description

The Physical Therapist is responsible for delivering exceptional patient care by performing evaluations and developing treatment plans for a variety of outpatient conditions. Experience in male/female pelvic health is preferred or a willingness to learn (training provided). This full-time position is based in Chanhassen, working M-F between 7:00 am and 5:00 pm.

Essential Functions

• Evaluate and treat outpatient conditions in consultation with physicians and under direct access when appropriate.
• Apply therapeutic exercises, modalities, manual therapy, and other treatments in accordance with state practice laws.
• Document patient care services following regulatory and departmental guidelines.
• Supervise a Physical Therapist Assistant (if required).
• Collaborate with physicians, managers, and staff across the organization.
• Maintain a safe environment for patients and staff.
• Participate in continuing education to maintain licensure and share knowledge with staff and community.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program; Bachelor's Degree required, Master's or Doctorate preferred.
• Active Minnesota state license in Physical Therapy.
• Experience or willingness to learn male/female pelvic health.
