Description

The Physical Therapist is responsible for delivering exceptional patient care by performing evaluations and developing treatment plans for various outpatient conditions. Experience or interest in male/female pelvic health is preferred. This full-time position offers flexible hours Monday through Friday at our Roseville location.

Viverant Physical Therapy is part of Infinite Health Collaborative (i-Health), a physician-led group of local medical practices committed to empowering patients in their healthcare decisions.

Essential Functions

1. Evaluate and treat outpatient conditions in collaboration with physicians.
2. Perform evaluations and treatments under direct access when appropriate.
3. Apply therapeutic exercises, modalities, manual therapy, and other treatments in accordance with state laws.
4. Document patient care following regulatory and departmental guidelines.
5. Supervise a Physical Therapist Assistant (if required).
6. Collaborate with healthcare team members across the organization.
7. Maintain a safe environment for patients and staff.
8. Participate in continuing education to maintain licensure and share knowledge with staff and community.
9. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Education and Experience Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program; Bachelor's degree required, Master's or Doctorate preferred.
• Active Minnesota state license in Physical Therapy.
• Experience or interest in pelvic health preferred.
