Job Description

The Physical Therapist is responsible for delivering exceptional patient care through evaluations and developing treatment plans for outpatient conditions. Pelvic Health experience (female/male) is preferred or willingness to be trained. This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday, from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm, primarily at our St. Paul location.

Essential Functions

• Evaluate and treat outpatient conditions in collaboration with physicians.
• Apply therapeutic exercises, modalities, manual therapy, and other treatments in accordance with state practice act.
• Document patient care services per regulatory guidelines.
• Supervise a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) if required.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members.
• Maintain a safe environment for patients and staff.
• Participate in continuing education to maintain licensure.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program (Bachelor's required, Master's or Doctorate preferred).
• Active Minnesota state license in Physical Therapy.
