The Physical Therapist is responsible for delivering exceptional patient care, performing evaluations, and developing treatment plans for a variety of outpatient conditions. Experience in male/female pelvic health is preferred or willingness to learn (training provided).
This full-time position involves working various shifts, Monday through Friday, between 7:00 am and 6:00 pm at our Roseville location.
Viverant Physical Therapy is part of Infinite Health Collaborative (i-Health), a group of local medical practices led by physicians, dedicated to giving patients more control over their healthcare.
Essential Functions:
- Evaluate and treat outpatient conditions in consultation with physicians
- Occasionally evaluate and treat outpatient conditions under direct access
- Apply therapeutic exercises, modalities, manual therapy, and other treatments in accordance with state practice acts
- Use therapy services ethically and lawfully in daily treatments
- Document patient care services per regulatory and departmental guidelines
- Supervise a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) if required
- Collaborate with physicians, managers, and staff across the organization
- Work effectively in a fast-paced outpatient orthopedic setting
- Maintain a flexible schedule based on clinic needs, including variable shifts and multiple locations
- Ensure a safe environment for staff and patients
- Participate in continuing education to maintain licensure
- Share knowledge from continuing education courses with staff and community as directed
- Perform other duties as assigned
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program; Bachelor's Degree required, Master's or Doctorate preferred
- Active Minnesota state license in Physical Therapy
- Pelvic health experience or willingness to learn (training provided)
