Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy requirement.
• Current license by the KY Board of Physical Therapy.
• BLS within 30 days from date of hire.

• Completes documentation per national/state regulations and hospital policies.
• Educates patients and families within the treatment plan and goals; supervises students and Rehab Services Technicians.
