Job summary

Baptist Health Rehab Services is seeking a Physical Therapist for a full-time, day-shift role in Kentucky. The PT will evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, educate patients and families, and document care according to regulations and hospital policies.

The role involves supervising students and Rehab Services Technicians, coordinating with staff, and contributing to the department's operational plan while addressing diverse patient needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy required.
• Current licensure by the KY Board of Physical Therapy.
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and treats patients, develops a treatment plan, and sets goals with patient involvement.
• Completes documentation of evaluation, treatment notes, progress reports, and discharge summaries per policy.
• Supervises and delegates activities of Rehab Services Technicians and students; contributes to departmental operations.
