Job summary

Ascension St John in Tulsa, OK is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to evaluate and implement prescribed therapy programs. You will perform initial and ongoing patient assessments, and develop, revise, and evaluate patient and family-centered plans of care.

You will execute interventions using standard techniques tailored to patient needs and supervise PT assistants, students, and support staff. A strong clinical foundation and leadership are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Licensed Rehab Therapist (RPT) required.
• BLS Provider within 1 month of hire date.
• Driver's License preferred.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

• Licensed Rehab Therapist specializing in Physical Therapy (RPT) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.

• Drivers License preferred.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree preferred.

• 1 + years of recent experience as an Physical Therapist
