Ascension Franklin Hospital in Franklin, WI, is seeking a Per Diem Physical Therapy Assistant for Rehab. You will deliver specialized PT interventions to support patient recovery and collaborate with the supervising PT to implement care plans aimed at achieving patient goals.

You will document care journeys for continuity and guide aides and students to maintain a safe, efficient clinical environment within the rehab department.

Qualificações

• BLS Provider within 1 month of hire date; American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• PTA credentialed from the Wisconsin Physical Therapy Examining Board before hire date.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure/Certification/Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.




• Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) credentialed from the Wisconsin Physical Therapy Examining Board prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
