Zusammenfassung

San Luis Care Center, a Life Care Centers of America facility, is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide direct rehab care to patients under physician referral. The role supports short-term rehab, long-term care or post-operative recovery in a 5,000 sign-on bonus program for full-time hires.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited PT program, active state license, CPR cert, and at least 1 year of experience preferred; new grads are welcome.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of an accredited program in physical therapy.
• Currently registered/licensed in the applicable State.
• One year experience preferred; new grads welcome to apply.
• CPR certification upon hire or during orientation and to remain current.

Aufgaben

• Follow physical therapy treatment plans for patients.
• Establish, assess, and modify goals that are realistic and functional.
• Oversee and evaluate care given by PTAs and Rehab Aides.
• Chart appropriately and timely; use therapy software accurately.
• Communicate effectively within an interdisciplinary team.
