Life Care Centers of America is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to provide direct rehab care under a licensed Physical Therapist. You will support an interdisciplinary team delivering patient-centered care in a skilled nursing facility setting.

New grads are welcome to apply; CPR may be required; active state licensure is essential. Strong computer skills and professional conduct are expected for daily documentation and collaboration with staff.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program (ASPT).
• Must be licensed to practice physical therapy and maintain active licensure.
• New grads welcome; 1 year experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow physical therapy treatment plans under supervision of a licensed PT.
• Chart appropriately and timely.
• Utilize therapy software appropriately and accurately.
• Provide excellent customer service with a positive attitude toward patients.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional conduct.
