Job summary

The position emphasizes collaboration within in-house rehab programs and a supportive team as part of a large network across 26 states, offering ongoing growth opportunities in post-acute care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program (BSPT/MSPT/DPT).
• Currently licensed in the applicable state with active standing.
• New grads welcome; one year experience preferred.
• CPR certification required or obtained during orientation.

Responsibilities

• Follow physical therapy treatment plans for patients.
• Establish, assess, and modify realistic, measurable, timely, and functional goals.
• Oversee and evaluate care given by PTAs, Rehab Aides, and PT and PTA students.
• Chart appropriately and timely.
• Utilize therapy software appropriately and accurately.
• Exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards patients.
• Assist in the evacuation of patients.
• Demonstrate dependable, regular attendance.
