Job summary

Life Care Centers of America is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide direct rehab care in physical therapy to patients referred by physicians. The role supports SNF populations with multidisciplinary teams, focusing on functional progress and quality of life in a patient-centered setting.

New grads are welcome, with opportunities for advancement. A sign-on bonus of $12,000 is offered alongside standard benefits and a full-time schedule. Prior PT licensure in the state is required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited program in physical therapy.
• Currently licensed/registered in applicable state; active license required.
• One year experience preferred; new grads welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Follow physical therapy treatment plans for patients.
• Establish, assess, and modify goals that are realistic and measurable.
• Oversee and evaluate care provided by PTAs and rehab aides.
• Chart appropriately and timely; utilize therapy software.
