University Park Care Center is a Life Care Centers of America facility located in Pueblo, CO. The PT - Physical Therapist provides direct rehab care in physical therapy to patients upon physician referral in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards.

We offer a $10,000 sign-on bonus or negotiable tuition reimbursement benefits; in-house rehab programs; CEU opportunities; and are part of a network of nearly 200 facilities in 26 states.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program (BSPT/MSPT/DPT).
• Current state license in good standing.
• One year of experience preferred; new grads welcome to apply.
• CPR certification by hire or during orientation.

Responsabilidades

• Follow physical therapy treatment plans for patients.
• Establish, assess, and modify realistic, measurable goals.
• Oversee and evaluate care given by PTAs and Rehab Aides.
• Chart appropriately and timely.
• Communicate and function productively on an interdisciplinary team.
