Job summary

Life Care Centers of America seeks a full-time Physical Therapist to provide direct rehab care for patients upon physician referral. The role requires a state license and a graduate degree in physical therapy, with new grads welcome. The position offers opportunities for CEUs and in-house rehab programs.

You will implement therapy plans, set measurable goals, and coordinate with PTAs and the care team while maintaining comprehensive documentation.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program (BSPT, MSPT, or DPT).
• Active state license; maintain good standing.
• One year experience preferred; new grads welcome.

Responsibilities

• Follow PT treatment plans for patients.
• Establish and modify goals that are realistic and measurable.
• Oversee care by PTAs and rehab staff; participate on interdisciplinary team.
• Document charts timely and accurately; use therapy software.
