New grads may qualify for a $5,000 bonus, while candidates with at least 1 year of experience may receive $7,500. BLS is required within 30 days.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy is required.
• PT Licensure with IDFPR in good standing.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements a plan of care incorporating goals, treatment, outcomes, and discharge plans.
• Performs patient examinations and selects appropriate assessment methods.
• Educates patients, families, and healthcare staff using effective teaching methods.
• Documents care in the EMR and adheres to policy for clinical processes.
• Performs safe patient transfers and monitors body mechanics.
• Provides therapeutic modalities as appropriate and communicates progress with the referring provider.
