Qualifications

• Bachelor, Master of Science in Physical Therapy or Doctorate of Physical Therapy.
• Current/Temporary license of Physical Therapy in state of practice.
• BLS certification and current certifications before independent care.

Responsibilities

• Assess and develop individualized treatment programs for adult and geriatric patients.
• Provide direct supervision to patients and supervise rehab technicians and PT assistants as per state acts.
