Job summary

Mercy is seeking a Physical Therapist for our Union OP location. The role involves objective assessments and development of comprehensive, individualized treatment programs for adult and geriatric patients.

You will supervise patients and rehab staff under Therapy Leadership while upholding Mercy standards. With a full-time schedule (40 hours/week) and a $10,000 sign-on bonus, Mercy offers comprehensive benefits, tuition reimbursement, generous PTO, and retirement matching.

Qualifications

• Must hold a PT license in the state of practice.
• Eligible for BLS certification and maintain current status.
• Education backgrounds include entry to advanced PT degrees.

Responsibilities

• Perform objective assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision to rehabilitation technicians and PT assistants as applicable.
• Deliver care to adult and geriatric patients in alignment with Mercy standards.
• Adhere to departmental policies and Mercy mission and values.
