Mercy is seeking a Rehabilitation Physical Therapist to assess patients, design comprehensive treatment plans, and supervise rehab staff. The role supports adult and geriatric care under Mercy policies and clinical standards. A current PT license and BLS certification are required; a sign-on bonus is offered.

Preferred candidates have 6–12 months of rehab PT experience and a commitment to Mercy’s mission and values, with benefits including tuition support and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• BLS certification required; certifications must be current to provide patient care.
• Six months to one year rehabilitation PT experience preferred, with adult and geriatric patient care experience.

Responsabilités

• Perform objective assessments and develop individualized treatment programs for adult and geriatric patients.
• Provide direct supervision to patients and indirect supervision of rehabilitation technicians.
• Supervise PT assistants in accordance with State Practice Acts.
