Job summary

Mercy is seeking a Physical Therapist at our Union OP location to assess and treat adult and geriatric patients under supervision. You will supervise rehab staff and PT assistants, ensuring high-quality care in a mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master/Doctorate in Physical Therapy required or equivalent.
• Current/Temporary license as Physical Therapist in state of practice.
• BLS certification required before independent care of patients.

Responsibilities

• Perform objective assessments and develop comprehensive individualized treatment programs for adult and geriatric patients.
• Supervise patients directly and rehabilitation technicians indirectly; supervise PT assistants as per State Practice Acts.
• Ensure care aligns with Mercy mission, values, and service standards.
