Job summary

Carolinas Medical Center in Wisconsin is seeking a Fulltime Physical Therapist to provide inpatient acute care three days a week and outpatient services two days weekly. The role focuses on ortho and specialty PT with comprehensive mentoring for new graduates.

You will evaluate referrals, create and adjust plans of care, document thoroughly, and collaborate with the care team. A $20,000 sign-on bonus and a competitive 40-hour schedule are included to support a smooth transition.

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of employment.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers within 90 days if required.

Responsibilities

• Interpret physician referrals and perform musculoskeletal, neuromuscular or cardiopulmonary evaluations.
• Develop and implement plans of care and provide ongoing treatment.
• Document care and communicate progress to physicians and teammates.
• Supervise PT assistants or rehab aides as allowed by state regulations.
• Maintain infection control and safety standards.
