Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our in-facility rehab team. You will assess patient needs, design recovery plans, and deliver high-quality physical therapy to help patients regain strength and independence.

Reporting to the Director of Rehab, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, participate in ongoing CEUs, and contribute to patient-centered care across varied settings within our growing organization.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Physical Therapy license in the state of practice.
• Master's degree in Physical Therapy, or Master's in related field with Bachelor's in Physical Therapy.
• If the degree was earned outside the U.S., it must be evaluated for U.S. equivalency.
• Bachelor's in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop recovery plans.
• Deliver physical therapy to help patients regain function and independence.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and refer to other clinicians as needed.
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and home programs.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and CEU participation.
