Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join in-facility care across our centers. You will assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver compassionate physical therapy to help patients regain strength and independence.

Requirements include a valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice and at least a Master\'s degree in Physical Therapy (or equivalent).

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice.
• Master's degree in Physical Therapy, or as required by policy.
• If degree earned outside the U.S., must be evaluated to U.S. equivalence.
• Ability to deliver in-facility PT services and rehabilitation.
• Willingness to participate in ongoing education and mentorship programs.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver physical therapy.
• Collaborate with clinicians to optimize patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and caregivers to promote independence and productivity.
