Job summary

Powerback is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide high-quality in-facility rehabilitation. You will assess patient needs, develop personalized recovery plans, and deliver PT services across settings to help patients regain function.

You will train patients and caregivers, promoting independence while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes in a patient-centered care model.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in state(s) of practice.
• Master's degree in Physical Therapy, or Master's in PT-related field with Bachelor's in Physical Therapy.
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years progressive PT experience.
• Foreign PT degree evaluated to US equivalent.
• Licensure eligibility if needed for US practice.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver physical therapy.
• Educate patients and caregivers to promote independence and function.
• Collaborate with the rehab team to optimize patient outcomes.

Education

Master's degree in Physical Therapy; or Master's in PT-related field with Bachelor's in Physical Therapy

Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy + 5 years of PT experience

Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice
