Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our in-facility care team. You will assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver high-quality physical therapy to help patients regain strength and mobility.

You will report to the Director of Rehab and collaborate with a diverse team across our facilities. This role emphasizes patient-centered care, mentorship for new grads, and opportunities to grow within a supportive, mission-driven organization.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Physical Therapy license in at least one practicing state.
• Master's degree in Physical Therapy; or Master’s in PT-related field with Bachelor’s in PT.
• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy, or Bachelor’s plus 5 years of PT experience.
• Foreign PT degree must be evaluated as US equivalent to PT degree.
