Qualifications

• Valid state physical therapy license or eligibility.
• Master's degree in Physical Therapy or combined PT degrees.
• Equivalence evaluation for degrees earned outside the U.S.
• 5 years of progressive PT experience if only Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-facility physical therapy as part of the rehab team.
• Assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver PT.
• Collaborate with Director of Rehab and care staff to optimize outcomes.
