Job summary

Powerback is seeking a Physical Therapist to help patients restore, reinforce, and enhance physical abilities. You will assess needs, create recovery plans, and deliver therapy in facility settings, reporting to the Director of Rehab.

You will train patients and caregivers to promote independence and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. Join a team focused on high-quality care, mentorship for new grads, and access to CEUs.

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice.
• Master's degree in Physical Therapy or a related field with a PT degree may be acceptable.
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy with 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience.
• Foreign PT degree must be evaluated to US equivalence.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop recovery plans.
• Deliver physical therapy to patients.
• Educate patients and caregivers to promote independence.
• Collaborate with a rehab team to optimize outcomes.
• Adapt therapy plans to each patient’s goals and progress.
