Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide in-facility rehabilitation across varied settings. You will assess patient needs, create recovery plans, and deliver targeted PT interventions to restore function and mobility.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree is required for licensure and clinical practice.
• PT license in the state of practice or eligibility evidence is required.
• Foreign credentials must be evaluated to U.S. equivalence.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and develop recovery plans.
• Deliver physical therapy sessions and monitor progress.
• Collaborate with rehab team and report to the Director of Rehab.
• Educate patients and caregivers to promote independence.
• Support patient care across in-facility settings.

Education

Master's degree in Physical Therapy

Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy

Master's degree in PT-related field + Bachelor's in Physical Therapy

Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy + 5 years of PT experience

Foreign PT degree evaluation to U.S. equivalent
