Job summary

Powerback is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide in-facility therapy services across rehabilitation settings. You will assess patients, design recovery plans, and deliver PT with a focus on restoring function and independence.

Join a team oriented toward collaborative care, continuous learning, and patient-centered outcomes. Responsibilities include education for patients and caregivers and coordination with the Director of Rehab.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Physical Therapy license in applicable state(s).
• Master's degree in Physical Therapy is required; or a Master’s in PT related field with a Bachelor’s in PT; or a Bachelor's in PT plus 5 years of PT experience.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop recovery plans.
• Deliver physical therapy in facility settings.
• Collaborate with rehab team and refer to other care as needed.
