Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking a Physical Therapist to assess patients, develop recovery plans, and deliver PT in facility settings across the care continuum. The therapist will work with a multidisciplinary team to promote independence and optimize function.

Qualified candidates hold a PT license, with a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy or related field, and may have experience in clinical mentorship and patient education.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in the state of practice or proof of license and eligibility.
• Master's degree in Physical Therapy or Master's in PT related field with Bachelor's in PT.
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy with 5 years of progressive PT experience.
• Degree earned outside the U.S. must be evaluated for U.S. equivalence.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop recovery plans.
• Deliver physical therapy to patients.
• Collaborate with care teams to promote patient independence and productivity.
