Powerback Rehabilitation seeks a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our in-facility care team. You will assess patient needs, design recovery plans, and deliver physical therapy to help patients regain function and independence.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Physical Therapy license in the state of practice.
• Master's degree in Physical Therapy required; or Master's in PT with related field plus Bachelor's in PT.
• If degree earned outside the U.S., must be evaluated for U.S. equivalency.
• Five years of progressively responsible PT experience can substitute for a Master's plus Bachelor's in PT.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver physical therapy.
• Restore, reinforce, and enhance patients' physical abilities through targeted therapies.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to provide patient-centered care.
• Educate patients and caregivers to promote independence and durable outcomes.
