Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our team. In this in-facility role, you will assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver physical therapy under the direction of the Director of Rehab.

This position emphasizes patient-centered care, growth, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. The role requires a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy (or equivalent) and a current PT license in the state(s) of practice, with additional credentials

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy or
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy with 5 years of PT experience
• Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice (or proof of license and eligibility)

Responsibilities

• Powerback is seeking a Physical Therapist who assesses patient needs, develops recovery plans, and delivers physical therapy.
• Works in facility settings with oversight by the Director of Rehab.
