Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver physical therapy in facility-based settings. You will assess patient needs, design recovery plans, and provide care that helps restore function and independence.

You’ll collaborate with the Director of Rehab and a multidisciplinary team, maintain thorough documentation, and participate in continuing education to advance your practice.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Physical Therapy license in applicable state(s) of practice or be eligible for licensure.
• Master’s degree in Physical Therapy required; or Master’s in a PT-related field with a Bachelor's in PT; or Bachelor’s in PT with 5+ years of PT experience.
• Foreign PT degree must be evaluated for US equivalence.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy in facility settings according to patient plans.
• Assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver PT services.
• Collaborate with rehab team and refer to other specialists as needed.
• Document patient progress and outcomes in medical records.
