Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to assess patients, design recovery plans, and deliver in-facility physical therapy. You will work under the Director of Rehab, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to restore function and improve quality of life for patients across care settings.

The position emphasizes patient-centered care with opportunities for mentorship, continued education, and Visa/Green Card sponsorship paths where applicable.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Physical Therapy license in the practicing state(s).
• Master's degree in Physical Therapy or equivalent required.
• Equivalency evaluation for non-US degrees may be required.
• Bachelor's in Physical Therapy plus relevant experience also acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop recovery plans.
• Deliver physical therapy services.
• Collaborate with care teams and document progress.
• Educate patients and caregivers to promote independence.

Master's degree in Physical Therapy related field + Bachelor's in Physical Therapy
