Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to assess patients, plan recovery, and deliver hands-on therapy in an in-facility setting. You will design programs that restore, reinforce, and enhance physical abilities while coordinating with the rehab team.

This is a patient-centered role focused on empowering patients to regain independence. Ideal candidates hold a PT license in the state, with a Master's in Physical Therapy or equivalent, and a track record of collaborative care

Qualifications

• PT license valid in practicing state(s).
• Master's degree in Physical Therapy or equivalent criteria.
• Master's degree in PT-related field with Bachelor's in PT; or Bachelor's + 5 years PT experience.
• Licensure evaluation if degree earned outside the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop recovery plans.
• Deliver physical therapy to restore function.
• Train patients and caregivers for independence.
• Collaborate with Director of Rehab and healthcare teams.
• Support patient-centered care and outcomes.
