Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our in-facility care team. You will assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver physical therapy, reporting to the Director of Rehab.

The role requires a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy and an active state license, with collaboration and patient-centered care at the core of our approach.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in state(s) of practice or eligibility.
• Master's degree in Physical Therapy (or equivalent with Bachelor's plus 5 years PT experience).
• Foreign-educated PT degrees must be evaluated for US equivalence.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop recovery plans.
• Deliver physical therapy to patients across care settings.
• Collaborate with rehab team and report to the Director of Rehab.
