Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide in-facility physical therapy, assess patient needs, and implement recovery plans. The role reports to the Director of Rehab and supports patient-centered care across our nationwide services.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy required.
• State licensure as a Physical Therapist or eligibility.
• Degree(s) earned outside US evaluated to US equivalent if applicable.
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy with 5 years of PT experience also acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop recovery plans.
• Deliver physical therapy to patients.
• Collaborate with care teams to restore, reinforce, and enhance physical abilities.
• Train patients and caregivers to promote independence and productivity.
