Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team at Dayspring of Miami Valley in Fairborn, OH. A DPT is required and NPTE must be passed, with a preference for 1 year of prior PT experience.

You will evaluate and implement individualized treatment plans and educate patients and families on home exercise programs. This PRN daytime position offers an opportunity to contribute to our therapist-led approach across a growing national footprint.

Physical Therapist Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required


• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapy License; must pass the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)


• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist preferred


• Evaluates, develops, and implements individualized treatment plans in coordination with other disciplines


• Documents patient progress and adjusts plans of care based on clinical outcomes


• Educates patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention
