Continuum Therapy Partners in Zumbrota, MN is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality care with the same standards as our full-time staff. You can choose when you work and join a leadership team of experienced therapists who know what it takes to deliver excellent care on your terms.

You must have a DPT, an active MN license, and be prepared to pass the NPTE; 1 year of PT experience is preferred.

Competenze

• DPT degree required.
• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapy License; must pass NPTE.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist preferred.

• Evaluates, develops, and implements individualized treatment plans in coordination with other disciplines.
• Documents patient progress and adjusts plans of care based on clinical outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention.

Physical Therapist Requirements & Responsibilities

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required
