Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners in Cincinnati OH is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality care on a flexible schedule, ensuring continuity with our full-time team and upholding the same clinical standards and voice in how care gets delivered.

You will evaluate patients, develop and implement individualized treatment plans in coordination with other disciplines, document progress, adjust plans based on outcomes, and educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury

Qualifications

• DPT required and active state license to practice physical therapy.
• NPTE must be passed prior to licensure.
• 1 year of PT experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to evaluate, develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Document patient progress and adjust plans of care based on outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention.

Physical Therapist Requirements & Responsibilities

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required
• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapy License; must pass the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)
• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist preferred
• Evaluates, develops, and implements individualized treatment plans in coordination with other disciplines
• Documents patient progress and adjusts plans of care based on clinical outcomes
• Educates patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention
