Job summary

The role supports continuity with the full-time team and ensures consistency in clinical standards and communication with patients and families.

Requirements include a DPT, an active state license with NPTE, and preferred 1 year of PT experience.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required.
• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapy License; must pass the NPTE.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist preferred.
• Evaluates, develops, and implements individualized treatment plans in coordination with other disciplines.
• Documents patient progress and adjusts plans of care based on clinical outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention.
