Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our PRN team in Kettering, Ohio. You will deliver high-quality care with the same standards as our full-time staff and enjoy the flexibility to choose your schedule.

Requirements include a DPT, active state license, NPTE, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with a leadership team of therapists. We offer daytime hours at Pavillon Health & Rehab Center and a supportive, patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• DPT degree required.
• Current, unencumbered state PT license; NPTE required.
• 1 year of PT experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates, develops, and implements individualized treatment plans in coordination with other disciplines.
• Documents patient progress and adjusts plans of care based on clinical outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention.

Physical Therapist Requirements & Responsibilities

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required
• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapy License; must pass the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)
• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist preferred
• Evaluates, develops, and implements individualized treatment plans in coordination with other disciplines
• Documents patient progress and adjusts plans of care based on clinical outcomes
