Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC seeks a PRN Physical Therapist to join its Front Royal clinic. You will evaluate patients, develop individualized plans, and work with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care.

The role emphasizes clinical voice, flexibility, mentorship, and partnership with seasoned therapists while maintaining accountability for patient outcomes and safety. Based in Front Royal, VA, scheduling is PRN daytime.

Qualifications

• DPT degree is required.
• Active, unencumbered state PT license with NPTE passing required.
• 1 year of PT experience preferred.

• Documents patient progress and adjusts plans of care based on clinical outcomes.

Physical Therapist Requirements & Responsibilities

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required
• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapy License; must pass the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)
• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist preferred
• Evaluates, develops, and implements individualized treatment plans in coordination with other disciplines
• Documents patient progress and adjusts plans of care based on clinical outcomes
• Educates patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention
